Me and my hubby are extremely happy to have bought our fist car together. with the help of our amazing dealer Ryan he was able to get us our dream car. Just purchased a certified pre owned 2019 RAM Rebel from Gengras (CDJR), really happy with my truck and my buying experience. Alex was my sales person and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was most helpful, kind, courteous and treated us with great respect. First, we tint these windshields every week. We do around 20 Ram trucks a month, and there are never any issues. We also use a plotter, which cuts around the camera and well below any defroster lines to make sure the camera’s line of view is completely clear. Here is a copy of the paperwork. If tint had caused the issue, the dealer would have stated that, but none of it is shown anywhere on the report. After picking it up from this dealership, it is still having the same problems, including saying “Service Trailer Brakes” when no trailer is even hooked up. ( anyone can look up the code nothing shows or states coalition warning) If you notice how they blame the customer just shows you how they really are and showing your customers if you tint the windows your going to blame your customer so this grate hopefully people read reviews before hand and go to papa dodge in new britain or bolles in Ellington who stand behind there customers. And the dealer we got it from dont stand behind there trucks. Just says it normal. And refuses to give papper work when picking up the trucks. And it took 3 weeks for them to email it. I will say that is one thing this dealer ship does they will give you papper work once picking it up. So eveyone google the engine code form the papper work and form the scanner. They are just blaming the customer when its not the customer so hopefully there respond shows eveyone what kinda dealer ship they really are! Stay far away from them! Now eveyone can see its not a lie! So clearly eveyone can see who lying here.
