It was such a great experience the last time I went back looking for the same sales person I had before, but he had since been promoted to manager of another location. I was connected with Brandy who was warm and knowledgeable. She was very patient with us as we tried to decide between three different cars. Everyone at Gengras Volvo was very helpful including Leilani, Erika, and Domenick in finance who helped us secure a lower rate than our credit union offered. I had probably the best auto buying experience of my life recently! After getting hit and having my Audi A6 totalled I was in need of a vehicle. I did test drive 4 vehicles which landed me at Gengras Volvo of EH. A knowledgeable woman named Yola sat with me and asked the important questions to get to know me and my needs. It was not a pushy sales by any means but it was clear she did a top notch job and knew her product. In fact she referred me to a friend for one of the other test drives which spoke volumes. About a week later she reconnected withme to say she thought they had found a vehicle color and package choice that would thrill me. By that point I had made up my mind on the vehicle, just not yet the specific one. But something told me she had found it! I scheduled a test drive once the vehicle arrived by transport and loved it. It is clear that her seasoned knowledge and ability to read people are what made this a success. Not to mention she is funny as heck! You’ll love her! Then onto Keilani their Tech Specialist. I come from an IT environment and omg girl you got this. She set up my basics and in one half hour I learned enough to be excited and go it alone. She was fast but understandable. Lastly we met with Erica. Oh, Erica girl, you should work for the mafia. Just kidding! I am convinced that I left Gengras with the best warranty package for me without being too heavy. Life has changed and experience tells me I need to feel confident. So all in all I’m super thrilled with my buying experience and Gengras Volvo as well as my new car, Pearl!

The vehicle drove perfectly and matched exactly what I was hoping for. Brandy was outstanding throughout the entire experience.
