We just bought our first new VW from Gensinger over the past week. We went there just to look and met Aika. She was wonderful! So kind and down to earth. She showed us cars she knew we could afford. She never tried to upsell us or get us in over our financial heads and that means so much in today’s market. She was so knowledgeable about the different models of the car we wanted she made our decision so easy we made a deposit that day. She gave us a fair price on our trade in and made sure our payments weren’t all just interest. Aika made the process so easy. She also was patient when we ran into a snag getting a deposit but it all worked out in the end.
