We were traveling from out of state over the holidays when our older vehicle had some major engine troubles near Saline. We left the vehicle with Genthe and remotely worked to get an estimate and then sell our vehicle. They were efficient, courteous, and fair throughout the process. Easily one of the top dealers I’ve worked with, especially considering that they were dealing with a one-time customer, and I’ve lived in four different states and dealt with a lot of dealers. Clearly a well-run and well-trained organization.

Went to Genthe Cdjr, just looking around, was met with positive vibes from everyone as I walked through the door, My sales lady Lauren, was outstanding, very professional, down to earth she helped me through the whole purchasing experience, she was very knowledgeable about the vehicles she had on the lot. And even introduced me to some of her team. Lauren made the car buying process simple and easy. Would recommend Her and her team for your car buying experience.

I would not trade in or sell my car to this dealership.They are very shady. We agreed on a price for my truck.Drove it thirty five minutes to the dealership. I got there , and He said he needed to hook something up to my computer, and take it for a drive, then he came back and all of a sudden, I had a check engine late on. It was not on when I left. He agreed that it wasn't on when I dropped it off.It came on when he was driving it. He told me not to worry about it. He was just going to take some money off What he already agreed to pay me. When I got my truck home, I cleared the code and it has not come back on. Scamming dealership shame on you.

Lauren was our sales representative and for being a ford girl/ growing up in a ford family, she stole me!
