I do not have any comments regarding a service review because I never brought my truck in for routine service. However, I can provide a review based on my truck replacement experience. My 2026 Silverado required a full engine and turbo replacement, which was confirmed by GM. Due to the severity of the issue, my understanding was that the truck should be replaced. Unfortunately, the replacement process has taken an excessive amount of time, with little urgency or clear communication. What is frustrating is the contrast in responsiveness. When I was in the process of buying a truck, I received calls almost every day. Now that I am dealing with a major manufacturer issue and waiting for a replacement, the follow-up and support have been very slow. This situation has been disappointing, especially considering the age of the vehicle and the seriousness of the repair. I expected better communication and a faster resolution Franco magdaleno.

I spent approx 3 weeks shopping for a truck. Many dealerships I called were sneaky, racked on hidden fees, and not friendly. Then I found George Chevrolet. Their entire staff was incredibly friendly, treated me with respect, and was upfront about pricing. Never once did I feel suspicious or mislead. My sales rep Jesse was great to work with and patient throughout the buying process. The finance gentleman made the entire process easy and presented me add-ons but didn’t pressure me to buy anything. This is the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I will definitely return in the future.

It was a great experience. The salesperson Phil was very patient. He went and got every key for every car that we wanted to see without showing any sign of frustration. We even walked across the entire lot to look at all the cars that fit what we were looking for. There was no pushing for more down payment, they worked with us with we had. The entire vibe in the place was great.

My fiancee asked me to leave a good rating from both of us. Truly, I couldn't ask for more. It was a great experience even though it was a first time for me. Oscar Nieto was very accommodating and handled everything professionally. I'm sure going to recommend George Chevrolet to our family and friends. We're both very satisfied with the purchase. Of course we thank the manager and everyone who helped make it happen. Chevrolet Traverse (2025) is no longer just a dream car for my man, FV. He now has it in his parking spot. Thank you once again for everything.

So, this is my first time taking my car for service here. I purchased my vehicle in another chevy location. My check engine light came on with under 30,000 miles. I came here since it was the closes to my home. I made an appointment with a gentleman named Armando for 7:20am... I got there at 7:05 since I was going into work at 8am. I didn't not see the gentleman till 7:30am with coffee in hand and still asked me to wait. Told him I was already waiting for a bit. I told him needed to get going. Asked if he was able to move on with the service. He did. Later that day since I have the chevy app i checked and I seen that my car was done the same day... no check engine light on any longer but also no call or update about my car from the service department... I was the one that had to call the next morning, they asked me for the name of the person that helped me, i said Armando. The lady in the phone came back and mention that he will call me in 15mins that was getting the final paperwork done. He did not bother to take my call. This call was made at 8:30am and i did not get a call back at all all that morning... i called back at 2:11pm and now the lady mentions it was ready... why did he not call me back.. not sure. Why did he call me when it was done.. not sure either. This is not the way to treat someone. It is very unprofessional to have someone waiting then come 10mins later with a coffee in hand and then asked them to wait more... I gave attitude yes but I was never disrespected. I felt disrespected since he did not care for my time. Finally then picking up my car the car I asked to see where it was. The person that gave me the keys said to just click on my car key to check. They didn't even know. So I did and seen it was still half way on the lift. With not even a courtesy car wash.
