I had an absolute pleasure with my first ever car (and hybrid) purchase all thanks to Tim Chevalier. He was friendly, helpful, and honest throughout the entire process, answering all my questions I had straight to the point and with zero pressure at any time. I asked for an approximate order time for a 2025 Camry SE, and it came within his estimate! As someone who was driving a 15-year-old car, I also really appreciated that Tim took the time to bring me up to speed on the latest and greatest features - without rushing me whatsoever. I would recommend Tim at George Jackson Toyota in Renfrew for anyone looking to buy a Toyota. The drive from Ottawa is absolutely worth every second to get that small town feel when it comes to service! On a final note, although the dealer obviously doesn't assemble the cars themselves, I'm absolutely loving the Camry so far!

Tim made sure that we were updated with all the delays occurred from the Toyota. He made the whole experience very comfortable and stress free. Update- Dealer Manager Warren rectafied the issue took back their new battery and fully refunded me and said this should not have happened. Although I still have a battery from Toyota that does not hold chrge and have to drive back to Pembroke to get it exchanged under warrenty when im only 20 min from renfrew Took my car in to test and get battery warranted in which it was installed by Toyota pembroke! Even though Alan service manager said it tested fine they installed a new battery and charged me for it 350$ Didn’t even ask what they wanted me to do when it tested fine and the battery is a new battery from Toyota that was bought in Pembroke from a Toyota dealership Had to pay for a brand new battery again with in a year When I asked Alan what need to be done about the battery he told me to carry a booster pack in my car What a great solution coming from a professional!!!!! Terrible customer service by service manager Alan When told him 4 times my my battery didn’t start Never coming back to this location for Service ever again

I had a great experience with Tim Chevalier while purchasing my 2026 Camry XSE. Throughout the entire process, he was extremely knowledgeable, low pressure, and down to earth. On pickup day, he walked me through every paper I had to sign, what it meant, warranty information, and also took time to go through each feature in the car. Compared to the service I saw at dealers in the city, it was 100% worth the drive out here. Thanks Tim!
