# Summary The dealership receives consistent praise for its friendly, pressure-free sales environment, knowledgeable staff, and efficient service department that prioritizes customer convenience and satisfaction. However, one customer reported experiencing aggressive trade-in undervaluation, dismissive treatment regarding their vehicle's condition, and unprofessional follow-up communication.
I had an amazing experience at George White Chevrolet buying my first dream car! Levi never pressured me, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process feel easy and comfortable. Larry was also great and made financing simple and stress-free. I absolutely love my new car and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!
When visiting from out of town, my ac broke and I drove up and asked if they would be able to fix it. They were very accommodating and managed to look at my truck the same day. And had it fixed in less than 24 hours. They also offered a shuttle to get me around. They kept me up to date on the repairs, and the total cost was less than expected. Great service all around!
Bought a used car here and it was a great and relaxed experience. Nothing was too pushy, everyone was real friendly. Checking out the car was nice quick and best of all it didn't take long. Would definitely recommend purchasing from here based on my experience
I had an amazing experience at George White Chevrolet! From start to finish, the team was incredibly attentive, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of. The level of customer service we received was truly top-notch. A special shoutout to Shane, who went above and beyond to help us. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he really cares about his customers. Honestly, he deserves a raise! If you’re looking for a dealership that treats you right and provides excellent service, I highly recommend George White Chevrolet.
Offered me $17k to trade in a car worth at least $25k, I've found it online for $26k with 20k more miles and significantly less options (Non-convertibles). They showed me a page with price breakdowns that showed they would list it for $33k retail at the top, and I understand they need a margin but almost half retail is egregious. They told me they did this because my car was "almost a salvage title" from an accident from before I purchased it - except that's not how titles work they are either salvage or not and I've looked up the accident reports and they aren't that bad... Otherwise, it would have been a salvage title. Funny how that works. Also, even with that minor accident (CARFAX says minor accident, I have a buddy in MN that works at a dealership so I have the CARFAX now because I called him after this experience) accounted for it is still worth more than $17k. Additionally they were very rude. I have an extremely high quality wrap on the car to preserve the paint on it and they remarked that they would hate to see how bad it looks under the wrap, insinuating that my investment in preserving a vibrant paint color was to cover up damage from this accident, even though you can see the pictures from the previous dealer I got this car from (from after the minor accident had occurred) in the car report and see clearly that the car is in excellent condition. Also, note that a wrap can be removed for a few hundred dollars MAX, so the wrap color certainly is not the issue at hand. Steer clear if you have a non-Chevrolet trade in as they will low ball you and throw every justification in the book at you for it including that they don't trust that you did preventative maintenance on it and that they might have to sell it at auction since they are a chevy dealer (Both of these were given to me as reasons). I have attached pictures from the previous dealer I got it from and current pictures for reference since they would hate to see how it looks under my wrap... Blue is the previous dealer and the green is my wrap. UPDATE (One day after the initial review): The salesman that I talked to sent me a text. I'll let you read it for yourself, and decide if this is the kind of dealer you would like to give your business to.
