I would like to take a moment to sincerely thank everyone who made my recent car-buying experience such a positive and memorable one. As a 23-year-old first-time buyer helping my twin sister and I purchase vehicles within the past six months, I truly appreciated being taken seriously and treated with respect throughout the entire process. I especially want to recognize my team at Matteson Honda; Dave, James, Mike, Jermaine, Omar, & Kendall for all working with us in the sales department. Jihad and Kyle took great care of me. I got my car fast! No long negotiations. I left with the car and terms that I asked for. They let me use their office to take a Zoom call while they finished my paperwork. I asked for no nonsense, they understood the assignment. Definitely my new favorite, local car dealers. After speaking with Thomas Hayden and Gerald Honda, the service I received was very personal. I spoke with tom on the phone a couple of times and went in to look at a vehicle that they had in stock and within an hour I was meeting with the finance manager to sign my documents, which was a great experience. I appreciate the staff and their understanding to what my situation was.

Well - our SUV (Toyota Highlander) is 22 years old (22) and we’re giving it to our oldest grandson. Time for a new car - which I dread (the buying process). Anyway - good fate meeting Jamie , who was knowledgeable, personable and patient. We weren’t sure what we were going to purchase but (this was amazing) we test drove 3 cars, negotiated a terrific price and we were out in less than 3 hours!!
