Very kind and patient managers. The lead sales manager, Brian went above and beyond to help me get approved. Denzel took time to go over the details of my payment and warranty package. Nicole was very thorough in reviewing my finance package. My salesman, William was very kind and thoughtful. Answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle.

Eric was helpful, straightforward, and easy to work with. He answered all of my questions and was professional and courteous. I did not feel pressured at all, and he made the process painless. He took time to go over my new vehicle with me and even emailed me some video tutorials to help me get aquainted with my new vehicle. Nicole was also wonderful to work with, from her first email quote to going over all of my warranty options, to reprinting and signing new paperwork when we discovered I was eligible for an additional 500 dollar rebate for being a teacher. I would purchase a car from them again!

We went in late on a Saturday. At first you are welcomed in with waves (which I've never seen before - nice touch) and then given the same test drive experience as usual. Mr Howell was wonderful to work with. However, once it came down to paperwork and negotiations, things went chaotic for us. We were interested in the type of car but perhaps not that car, as it was older than we were aiming for. We told them we wanted to test drive and then think on it. The amount they asked for, for this older version was a bit high, given the newer models that were coming out were just a few thousand more. Instead of giving us the time to think it over, we were put thru pressure tactics - they lowered the price a bit but only from the # that new cars were listed (so only a few thousand) and we were pressured into signing paperwork to get things rolling, and they assured us nothing was official and they could shred it on Monday if we changed our mind. My poor husband wrecked his mind over it all weekend. We didn't feel good after leaving this location. I've bought many cars before and this experience was the worst. Needless to say after much thinking, we told them to cancel it all and shred the paperwork first thing Monday morning. There was some pressure during this cancelation but I managed to push thru. The old school pressure tactics used by Nicole were a lot to say the least. I wouldn't recommend this location or Nicole to anyone. (I'm almost positive her name was Nicole - very tall, mid-age lady with black/dark brown hair - has cow decor on her desk)

I had a great experience today at Gerald Subaru while servicing my 2025 Subaru Outback. Overall, the entire team was very professional, polite, and welcoming. Even the staff members I interacted with briefly were respectful, attentive, and clearly cared about providing good service. The atmosphere felt organized and customer-focused. I’d also like to give a special mention to Danny, who directly assisted me. He was extremely courteous, friendly, and professional, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. It’s clear that customer service is taken seriously here, not just by one person but by the whole team. Thank you to everyone at Gerald Subaru — I’ll definitely be back and would confidently recommend this service department.
