Germain Honda of Beavercreek

I was pleasantly impressed by the professionallism of the service department of Germain Honda Beavercreek. This is my first visit to any Honda dealership's service department. The quality of service from checking-in to clearly explain the service details and providing service status were beyond my expectations. While waiting for completion of service, I worked on my laptop in their waiting area with WiFi connection. The area was stocked with bottled water, coffee, some snacks. I wish they had some tea bags too. Overall experience was very nice.

I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, and I drove away with it! Our sales advisor, Ryan, was absolutely phenomenal. Super kind, honest, and upbeat guy, and he did everything he could to make sure things worked out the way we needed them to. Every person we interacted with within the dealership was so kind as well. Can’t recommend them enough! Also - I’m in love with my car, and have told everyone I know to go get one, and to get one from Germain. Haha! I had a 5 star review but I needed to deleted it to make another. First off I bought a 2026 civic hatchback sport from here and it was a definite 5 star visit. Second, a few weeks after I bought the car, I got some aftermarket wheels for it. I brought my civic here with the new wheels and tires in my car. They got my car inside in a timely manner and all is well. Here's my review. I genuinely just happened to be walking by a bay door as the technician is working on my wheel change. I see him giving my car a 5 start treatment not even knowing I was accidentally watching him. He had gloves on, and was cleaning my new wheel he just put on with a microfiber towel and some cleaner to get rid of any dirt or fingerprints he left during install. I physically watched this man treat a strangers car with the upmost respect and it made me happy. I got my car back a few minutes later and sure enough, there wasn't a single scratch, fingerprint, tool mark, or grease spot on any of my wheels, lug nuts, or my tires. I work hard for the things I have and to see this technician treating my car with this much respect means a lot. Whoever this technician is, thank you.

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I walked in fully expecting to crunch numbers, and come back at a later date. Instead I drove off the lot in the exact car I wanted, with the exact payment I hoped for, down to the penny! The free upgrade to protect my paint was another awesome perk. I’d recommend this dealership to anybody looking to buy.
