Truly a no hassle experience! I came in. Got approved by the salesman maybe two minutes after being there. I told him what car I was interested in. He got me set up with a test drive right away! He didn't try to upsell me to something else. He was pleasant to work with. The finance manager was also nice to work with. He got me a good rate and made the experience easy and minimized the stress. Why 4 stars and not 5? Someone (I don't recall who) said they were taking it to get detailed. Whoever "detailed" did not do a good job. The windows lots of streaks, cup holds were all dirty, some crumbs on the seats. I am very happy with my car.

What stood out to me was how responsive the team was, especially Cody— they answered my questions through text and email and gave me all the details I needed before I made my decision. Even after the purchase, they still keep in touch and are available anytime if I need help exploring the features. I’m really enjoying my car so far. To complete the purchase, Jessie did a great job walking us through all the features and options of our new vehicle, making sure we felt comfortable and informed. Kathy made sure we understood all our new features and helped us setup any accounts needed to get the best experience. Overall, it was a great experience from beginning to end. We’re very happy with our new Palisade and would definitely return in the future.

I never got the feeling I was being rushed or hounded or anything like one normally feels when they walk into a car dealership. Cody at Germain Hyundai was wonderful. Patiently explained everything, shared different options; he was more than willing to bring around many cars combinations that I was interested in. As I sat in each he Explain the differences and Was very patient. I wish I could remember the name of the two folks that worked with me in the finance group. Absolutely wonderful made me feel very comfortable and we’re so helpful impatiently helping crunch numbers on a variety of different car choices.
