This is the best experience that I have ever had with purchasing a car. I feel so lucky to have worked with this amazing dealership. We did a lot over text so it only took an hour to sign papers. My sales person John took his time to go over all of the new fun and safety features that I have never had before. Mazda was not even on my radar to begin with and I am beyond thankful it’s where I ended up. Especially as a single female purchasing a car. I never felt bullied or uncomfortable. I was treated with respect and so much kindness. If you are looking for a new car this is definitely the place to go!

The best purchase I’ve ever done in my life. My car was total loss two months away from my wedding. Mazda accepted me to do a three year lease. At a time, the Mazda CX five was all I truly needed. After my lease was a few months before it ended. I needed a bigger car for personal reasons. Eric and Ashley and Philip took care of me being a loyal returning customer extremely well. Very satisfied and happy with Mazda. I got a new 2026 Mazda CX 70 plug-in, Absolutely in love with it. But the biggest reason why I love it is because I got a good deal on it and Ashley went over her schedule, staying longer hours on short notice to take care of our sale. She did everything in her power to make sure that I was happy and a satisfied Mazda returning Customer. Love Mazda for life! Can’t wait to get my Miata one day!! lol once again, Ashley is the best

Our salesman, Jacob was excellent to work with! He went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. He stayed late to make sure we were taken care of all the way to the end. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new or used Mazda. The dealership is very modern and clean. The waiting area was well stocked with refreshments. Was very impressed with the brand and Germain.

This purchase was actually the best car purchase experience I’ve ever had. Mike, the salesman, was kind, professional, and listened to exactly what I needed. I’ve seriously never had this positive an experience when purchasing a car! The entire staff at Germain those extremely professional. It wasn’t like any experience I’ve ever had before. This dealership felt more like a professional office vibe. It’s a little bit hard to explain, but I thought I could trust Mike and his associates. Very professional staff! I started coming to this location for service for my CX–5 and loved the service team. Ron and Jo have always been professional and helpful. It just seems like this dealership has it all together across all departments. I just want to reiterate again that Mike is the best car sales person I’ve ever worked with, and I’ve purchased/leased a lot of cars. I was probably not the easiest customer either. I had specific things I was looking for, but was on a limited budget. He found the perfect car for me! I appreciate his patience and his professionalism. Truly the best!

John Bechtel was great to work with! He was very patient during the decision making process and was ready to help me when the time was right on my terms. He found me the best fitting CX70 over on their other lot and I was able to pick it up the next day. Ian was great during the finance process and made himself available prior to my final decision so I knew what my out the door numbers would be. Couldn't be happier with my overall experience.
