Germain Toyota was amazing. I purchased a 2016 Equinox and done most of my stuff online. The experience was incredible and amazing. Andy in sales and his manager were phenomenal and great. Andy was very professional and caring. By the time I arrived my car was ready. The finance manager I had was one of the best as well. Explained everything to me and did not pressure me into anything. Got my tire and wheel coverage for the same rate and monthly payment. His name started with an A. From looking at the vehicle online to getting financed started communicating with my sales person over texting on the phone before I arrived, to arriving to a clean detailed vehicle in a great experience I would definitely do it again.
