Helo greeted us at the door and was phenomenal to work with every step of the way! She was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and very easy to work with. All the other staff were equally great to work with. We Love our new Volvo XC60 Mild Hybrid, and we highly recommend Germain Volvo South Hills!

My husband and I just purchased a Volvo xc90 SUV at Germain Volvo and couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. Our saleswoman was Erin Parker and she made the process so smooth and easy for us! She was very knowledgeable about our car and easily answered any questions we had. We were so impressed how she set up our data central display screen and explained every aspect of our car’s capabilities with the assurance that if we had any questions or problems to call her or come back in and she’d go over the car with us again. She also was very personable and easy to talk to- I would recommend anyone interested in a Volvo to talk to her! We love our beautiful car!
