Gerry Lane Cadillac

My husband and I went to Gerry Lane Cadillac looking to purchase my second Cadillac. We found the perfect XT5 and Ashlan took excellent care of the purchase process. She was patient with our questions and respectful of our wishes. She answered all of our questions and responded promptly to all of our requests. She was very knowledgeable of the vehicle I purchased. Ask for Ashlan if you are looking at Cadillacs. She was a pleasure to deal with.

Sales was top notch, service was great… the problem comes in with the detailing. TERRIBLE. All they do was make the service look shiny. They didn’t wash it well. Vacuuming is laughable. I vacuumed up years worth of gold fish, donuts, orange peels, pretzels, crayons, pencils, and so much more! They only cleaned the surface. As far as washing it, it was put through a car wash, there was still green around the letter trims. This was a used vehicle, I don’t expect new car detail, but this could have been better! DO BETTER!

Awesome service!! I was traveling through and my XT6 broke down!! It was very late in the day! Tanya took great care of me. She sent me the number for a great tow truck! The next morning the service department diagnosed my problem. They sent me the quote and were done before noon. I was able to get back and pick it up the following day! Drove 7 hours home and my beloved XT6 was good as new!! Thank you so much!!
