Ohhh my goodness!!! If I could leave 10 Stars ⭐️ I would!!! This was the easiest process to get a truck 🛻! Not just any truck! The truck I called and asked for a GMC Canyon AT4! Sam aka SamAzar went above and beyond to ensure this process went smooth so when I arrived to the dealership all I needed to do was test drive and sign paperwork and I was out the door with my new 2026 AT4!!!! The finance manager was amazing as well! Made sure I understood everything and there was no grey area that I didn’t understand! Their warranty is beyond one of the best I have ever experienced!!!!! I bought this extremely clean and rare Dodge Challenger SRT Super Stock from this dealership last week and had such a solid experience that I wanted to take the time to share it. Sam Mazar was the sales professional who helped me and the guy is a straight-up stud. If you’re looking to purchase a vehicle.. especially a high-end one, get ahold of him. He’ll take good care of you. Before buying this Super Stock I had looked at a few others and inquired about a couple more, and he was the only person (and this was the only dealership) that actually took the time to answer all my questions, follow through on everything they said, and help make the dream of owning this car a reality. I had to drive over 200 miles to get the car and I was on a time crunch. I told Sam and the finance manager Josh that I needed to be in and out in no more than 30 minutes. When I showed up the car was cleaned up, parked out front, and ready to go. Josh had every piece of paperwork laid out and ready to sign. These guys took my trade, got everything handled, and had me back on the road literally 30 minutes after I pulled in. Hands down the best, most professional dealership experience I’ve ever had. And Sam is just a genuinely good dude. He knew I had a long drive home and told me he’d text me to make sure I made it back safely and he did. He even followed up with me again the other day just to check in. If you’re looking for a car, give these guys a shout. They’re some good ol’ boys who will treat you right.

I went to Gerry Raymond service for a warranty issue with my dash. They told me to come in so they can get pictures and get the parts ordered for the warranty. I went there. They did their thing. They said the parts are ordered and scheduled me an appointment for the following week. I went for that appointment. Checked in and gave them my keys. Told them I would wait in the waiting room. While waiting I heard a lady say she had been there for an extended period of time. She went and checked and her car still had not been taken in yet. So I checked mine. Nope. Still sitting in the same spot. I went to the front desk and talked to the lady sitting there. I asked her if my car had been taken back yet or if it was done. She checked and said it wasn’t done. I told her this was wrong that if I had been late you would have turned me away. I look in the corner where the manager was sitting. He grabs his phone immediately and picks it up while trying to look busy. She goes to his desk. Picks up the order. Written on the order is “parts not here yet!” This was uncalled for. Mind you I would have been a little mad if I went to the appointment and they told me right away. But for them to let me sit for a hour or god knows how long if I wouldn’t have came up to the counter. This is piss poor. Needless to say I took my keys and left. I went to Fairway in Calcutta. They took good care of me and got the job done!
