Purchased the Atlas here in April. Car has 7,000 miles on it. Dealership has had it for about a month total and unable to fix the issue that keeps the check engine light on. Not on have they not fixed it they’ve been very flippant and not apologetic at all. Unbelievably poor service.
Had a great experience working with Gabriel. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured at any point in the process. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt confident in my decision. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend asking for him if you're in the market for a car!
If you feel like waiting forever and constantly needing to follow up then this is the dealership for you. Be sure to double and triple check everything. It took a week for our new car to be ready. Not to mention waiting in the dealership for 3-4 hours after already having the car and deal worked out before hand. After 1 month I am still waiting on the refund for our state inspection that they did not complete yet still charged us for.
