Gettel Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I came back to this dealership because I had a good experience buying here before, and again the manager and salesman were great to work with. The purchase itself went smoothly, and I had no complaints with the sales process. My only issue was with the detailing. The dealership closed before it could be done, despite me being there for hours, which I understood. I came back another day as requested, waited over an hour and a half, and when I got the vehicle back it was clear it had not been properly detailed. That part was very disappointing, especially after making another long trip. Overall, the buying experience was good, but the follow through on the detailing did not match the level of service I expected. I feel a little disrespected to be honest. I don't know if it's because the car was already sold so it wasn't important to them or they just thought only sticker residue needed to be removed but it definitely wasn't even close to what a detail should be. I wish I would've inspected it closer to let someone know before I left the lot.

I had a really good experience (overall) buying a vehicle from Gettel. I was texting back and forth for a month with Jen looking for something that fit my needs and budget. Finally when I drove from Naples to look at it, I was introduced to Michael McLaughlin who was really smart and slick but it is always better to deal with someone who knows what he is doing. At the end of the day I am happy with my purchase and I have a good vehicle for the price I paid.

Very pleasant car buying experience which I don't normally say. The sales rep was very pleasant.Listen to me, answered my questions.And we came to a mutually agreeable deal. The Finance department was awesome.She was very patient and explaining everything to me. All in all a good experience.

Spur of the moment stop to look at a used Jeep Gladiator, met Mark and Sales Mgr Christian who advised with incentives could probably get in a new one. Unfortunately didnt have a color I wanted in price range, found one at dealer in Tampa & asked about dealer trade- i which Christian 100% assisted with. A few issues no fault of Gettel, but other dealer.. Christian & Mark put there all into making it right. Late nights, days off and all we took delivery of our brand new Gladiator High Tide and I could not be happier. Thank you Mark & Christian!!

First I would just like to say thank you I just purchased a brand new 2026 ram 1500 big horn My sales man Was Radu He was exceptional. I would highly highly highly recommend Gettle CDJR From the moment I came in I believe I was one of the first customers in there At 9:05 AM Right when they opened, my experience was phenomenal I explained to him when I first Walked in I said if my experience is good You have a customer for life and it was exceptional. I really want the owner of Gettle To know how well this man took care of a customer their finance guy Dave was also exceptional. He was not pushy at all. I already knew what I wanted, and I was there to purchase.
