Stay away from this dealer! They leased me a brand new 2025 Toyota Corolla. Its steering column failed only after 3100 miles. The steering was making reproducibly obvious knocking sound. They first denied the issue. Later, I gave them a test drive and they agreed with me. They ended up replacing the steering column under warranty. Now, the steering feels heavy. But they deny it again. I also hear random noises when I steer. But these are hard to duplicate with them as they don’t seem to have a reproducible pattern. Now, steering does not feel like a brand new Corolla anymore. They deny this being the case too. Also, while replacing the steering column they scratched the center of the steering wheel which costs about $1000 to bw raplaced. They don’t admit that they did it. I only discovered these scratches 3 days after the repair, because the scratches were covered up with some creamy substance which I accidentally removed while driving. They don’t admit this was done in their repair shop. Also, every time my car enters their repair shop it comes out with some dark oil stains inside too. I was considering to upgrade our family car with a Toyota too. But now I will go with another manufacturer and dealer. I will just have to deal with them as long as I have this Corolla. Then, I am done with this place for good! UPDATE: Now, you can see below how disgenuous they are. They are suggesting me to reach out for a reinspection as if it was not the same service director and his people who denied all the responsibility yesterday. In fact, I took videos to prove some of those issues in my review plus another issue (weird electrical-like noises) and sent those videos to them this morning via their text message system. Nobody has even acknowledged the receipt of my message. Normally, they almost instantly reply to your text message if they feel like they are going to make more money out of you. This place is such a joke and complete waste of time. Stay away from them and have a peaceful life!
