Ghent Cadillac

Had body work done at their shop. The bodywork is sub par. Have tried many times to reach a resolve and they will not take responsibility for poor body work. Would not recommend. The prep work is terrible. Paint is bubbling and cracking on welded seam the was improperly prepped. Repaired a spot on a fender well that they repaired and the spot is reappearing 2 years later. Very disappointed with them as a whole. It’s been 6 months now trying to get answers and we are being given the run around, we have struggled to talk to the same person twice because their turnover in the body shop is so high. Despite every person we have talked to admitting it was poor prep work we have yet any commitment from anyone to repair their poor work. I have reached out not only to the body shop but Bob, “the owner” as well with no response. Save yourself the money and time and take it elsewhere. (Crash Champions in Loveland has been amazing!)

I bought my 2021 Cadillac XT6 from Ghent Cadillac and I'm very impressed with not only the vehicle, but the awesome service from the sales team. I highly recommend shopping with the Ghent team.☆☆UPDATE☆☆ So as of 3/30/23 I traded my white 2021 XT6 for a black 23 XT6. I had another awesome experience here at Ghent Cadillac.

One of the two worst car dealers in Greeley. They will lie their way out of everything, specially when it comes to fixing or maintaining your car. They have cero professionalism. They have had my son's car for almost a year and every time we call to get updates on the car we get some dumb excuse or dumb delay. If you can go buy your car anywhere else, do so. Stay out of Greeley. Specially this Ghent Cadillac and Weld County Garage.

This place is shady as hell. They’ll ruin your paint taking off their trashy looking dealer decal and then try and cover it up. You won’t find out until you got home that they ruined your brand new $60,000+ vehicle. Not to mention they have the ugliest logo I’ve ever laid eyes on Just don’t shop here. They lie.
