I recently purchased a 2026 KIA Sportage Hybrid from Pitre Kia of Las Cruces, and it was hands-down the best car-buying experience I’ve had in a long while. After scouring the internet and visiting Ford, Toyota, and Hyundai dealers in Las Cruces, I was frustrated by the "Dealer Add-Ons" everyone else was forcing on customers. I am a retired sheet metal worker and appreciate straightforward deals—I don't like being told I must pay for extras I didn't ask for. Everything changed when I met Christopher Hernandez (a former Marine). People like to do business with people they like, and I immediately liked Christopher. I told him I needed a safe, economical, and maneuverable vehicle for my wife to replace her Jeep Gladiator Ecodiesel, which wasn't ideal for short trips around town. Why I chose Pitre Kia: No Pressure on Add-Ons: Unlike other dealers, Christopher assured me I didn’t have to buy the dealer add-ons if I didn't want them. This honesty is rare and was the main reason I stayed. Expert Knowledge: Christopher helped me navigate the inventory until we found the 1.6-liter turbo hybrid motor that checked all our boxes for efficiency and power. Patient Service: I did my research, took a few trips back, and Christopher was helpful every step of the way without being pushy. We have excellent credit & this is our 9th new car... truthfully! We told our sales guy this & we were NOT playing the game for HOURS of Sales pressure. We were sure of what we wanted between 2 vehicles. Constant "what would it take to make the deal" pressure/ jargon that he had no clue of whether we were financing or paying cash...but wanted signature to run our credit to "seal the deal" (what deal)? That did not happen! It started and contunued. ugh! This experience was HORRIBLE! Absolutely unnecessary! Even managers poped in... no help... the managers were back up to the solitude front office to laughf and joke! DO NOT GO HERE! Find what you want and buy it on-line-delivered! Our sales guy..."Bobby" is incompetent. BacK to managers/hours of incompetent questions,! While we watched managers who just sat up in the front office, or told us it was only a "few minutes... for hours"!!! We were there over FOUR HOURS!!! We have paid off this vehicle. Total incompetent! We are looking for a 2nd vehice....it will NOT be here! EVER!!

The day I bought our Sportage, I knew it was gonna be from Giles. I called them and Bobby Gilette (El Mago) answered all my questions! He was knowledgable, caring and professional from the start. I went to other dealers, but none of them were willing to go the extra mile that Bobby did. I told them I was ready to buy today if we could strike a deal but they weren't interested. I told my wife lets go to Cruces and boy did he deliver!!! Don't waste your time with El Paso dealers, they want to force what they want down your throat!! Go see Bobby, he's the MAN!!! Thanks Bobby for all your help and to the great service team that took care of any questions/issues on the spot!!!!!

I love the service at Giles Kia. I have been a customer for years. I trust their mechanics and their services. Oscar was amazing and explained my services and my charges with patience and kindness. The rates were reasonable. Definitely recommend Giles Kia!
