I did an online purchase through third party and I sent Kalon Comeaux an email. Once I spoke with Mr Comeaux, everything went pretty fast and smooth after that. I purchased a used car for my Mom and his customer service was great. Pleasant smile and he was very friendly.

Kenneth was our sales rep and he was great. He was helpful and knowledgeable. But Waylon in finance was not a professional. So loud I had to ask him to talk lower 3 times. He assured me he was listening, but continued to bellow at me. I asked that he just give me the basics so we could move on, but did not honor that request either. I had to walk out of the room and wait for another finance consultant.
