After 2 weeks of trying to buy a car in Fresno I decided it was time to try elsewhere. So glad I went to Gill Automotive in Madera! Prices were well below what I saw in Fresno. Everyone there made the car-buying process easy and enjoyable. Eric L, David Rodriguez, Eric Z & Ali were amazing, patient and respectful. We felt comfortable and welcome the entire time. I took my daughter with me and she agreed everything at this dealership was perfect. Everyone there honored agreements that were made and didn’t try to take advantage of the fact that we were 2 women buying. They have a great selection of new trucks and got me into my dream car at a price I could afford. Thank you Gill Automative- we will be back next time we need to purchase!

I had an issue with my 2025 Bighorn truck. They got me in and repaired the issue the same day and in a very timely manner. Very courteous and professional. Enjoyed the whole experience. I definitely recommend them.

Staff was amazing and very helpful with all my questions. Alex was my salesman he did amazing with information about the cars I looked at. Management was very helpful thru my finance options. And great to talk to. Highly recommend.

Guys are awesome. They got me in and out at the time I needed and got my fuel filter also done. Made sure I got taken care of by putting two technicians on my truck. Gill has a great service department. Will only buy my truck and service there.

Our service advisor Jerrod was great, and probably the best customer service we have ever received from this location has come from him. Our Ram 3500 was in the shop for warranty work done around 12k miles which resulted in a 50+/- day stay in their shop for camshaft and lifters to be replaced. For basically a brand new truck to be returned to us in such a sloppy/messy condition when it was with them for so long was disappointing to see. Whoever topped off fluids left oil & coolant all over the engine compartment and didn’t clean it up. And when they had to access the cabin air filter to take pictures emptied everything from the glove box and just left it all out on the seat. It’s hard to have confidence in the detailed work they do (like replacing key engine components) when simple things like wiping up spills and putting things back where they removed them from can’t be done. When you spend $ on a high dollar rig and have it be down for so long, you’d hope to receive it back in at least the same cleanliness/condition you left it in.
