After calling several dealerships around with no solutions. My wife recommended gilland chevrolet in ozark alabama.Because we moved from Florida to alabama, didn't know any good mechanics. From the first time i called the staff receptionist was so kind and polite,So that sold me there with just the kindness alone. I called today for an updated on my 2002 chevrolet cavalier. They fixed it and went above and beyond to even make it drive better .I highly recommend you to take your vehicle there.Its comforting to know that good people still in the world, gilland chevrolet in ozark alabama is an good example of that.

Did research online and found a used truck. Watched it for several weeks. Went in today to potentially make the purchase. Had to search out a sales person. …..Told Jerry where the truck was parked and asked to see it. He went online to try to figure out which truck I was referring to, and if it was available. Couldn’t find the keys. I told him it was parked by maintenance, segregated on its own. He asked around and found out it had a check engine light. (probably a bad sign) Told me they should get around to it by Monday, and I could come back Monday if I want to see it. Never asked me my name, never asked what I was interested in, never offered to show me the truck or anything else. Just told me I should come back Monday. Didn’t seem to know anything about his inventory, or care about selling a vehicle. You have a truck you’ve been sitting on for 58 days, with a bad Carfax, mismatched tires, and you want $50,000. And I as a customer know more about it than the salesman. NOPE. As someone who buys and sells cars fairly often, I would say this is some of the worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time.

Let's start with how they treat people who want a Chevy EV or to charge at their GM provided EV charger. It's always purposely blocked and turned off, they just wanted the free money from GM. They are selling a 2011 Prius for $11k, taking advantage of gas prices. This is a $3k to $5k car, maybe $8k in perfect condition. Their prices are high, service is low, selection is stuck in 2002. Their website is barely updated properly with photos and if you're not wanting an expensive gas or diesel truck, they treat you like a leper. Seriously go anywhere else, whether that's Montgomery or Bay County PCB area. You'll get FAR better prices and service.
