Very professional and hospitable. Do be aware they add on Cilajet and Lojack as a standard add on. If you want these features it won’t pose a problem but if you don’t want to pay the extra dollars for it was non negotiable. I will take one star off for that, but I still got the best deal on a used Subaru Outback I could find around the Bay Area for what I was looking for in the quick time frame I was when I needed to buy a car. They cleaned it up very nicely. Excellent customer service and they were reasonable. Recommend checking them out and working with Anthony. Karnail in their finance department made the process of signing papers actually enjoyable with the conversation. If I ever intend to buy a new Jeep or a Ram I will visit them first.

Great experience with Daniel Pelaez called him Friday morning 4/17/2026 telling him exactly what I wanted and to let me know what I needed to bring it home. Less than 30 hrs later he made it happen. Got me approved and got me the truck for my family that I needed with no pressure and never asked me for anything we didn’t talk about very forward same with financial dept. ps only looking at 2 cars different dealership and told him who ever approves me and stays with what I said will go with that dealer. Great job Daniel will always be thankful.

I have owned my 2023 Dodge Charger for three years now, and I have utilized the services of many dealerships throughout San Jose—and even in Salinas and Watsonville. However, at all of those places, I encountered numerous issues with the staff—though perhaps that was just bad luck on my part. But, from my very first visit to this day, whenever I go to the service department at GILROY Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, I find a team that is extremely helpful and professional. Everyone there is very friendly; on my last visit, they even sent a very attentive driver to pick me up at my home—something that made a huge difference by allowing me to arrive sooner to resolve my issue. I hope that next time the automated phone system works better, but for now, I highly recommend this place if you are looking to receive PROFESSIONAL AND EXCELLENT SERVICE for your vehicle. Terrible experience today. I received a text message from this dealership with an offer for a truck. Before making the trip, I spoke with them over the phone and provided clear and detailed information about my current vehicle and loan balance. I specifically told them I would only make the trip if they fully understood my situation and were willing to pay off the remaining balance on my truck, which they confirmed they would. Based on that confirmation, I drove about two hours to the dealership. Once I arrived, I again provided the financing department with all the details about my vehicle and bank. At that point, they completely backed out of what they had promised over the phone and started giving different numbers and explanations that did not match our previous conversation. To make matters worse, the truck they were offering me already had damage on the rear tail light, something that was never mentioned beforehand. They then tried to offer me a ridiculously low trade-in value for my vehicle and presented numbers that felt completely misleading. What made the situation even worse was the lack of professionalism. When I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor, they refused to provide any information, business cards, or contact details. The person I had been speaking with even made a sarcastic comment saying that if I spoke to his supervisor, “hopefully he’ll get a raise,” clearly mocking the situation. Overall, this dealership completely wasted my time and gas and showed a serious lack of professionalism and respect for customers. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.

I dropped my truck off on a Tuesday to get a check engine light diagnosed. Over the next three days I had to call and leave several messages to find out what was going on I never got a return phone call. I ended up calling your sales department. The person I spoke to said he would personally go over to the service department and ask them to reach out to me. No one ever did. I waited 3 hours and called the service department again I finally reached someone and got an answer to the diagnostic. Arrangements where made to replace a part. When I had brought my truck in on that Tuesday they asked if I would like it washed. I said yes When I picked my truck up a week later, actually 8 days later it had not been washed. Over all my experience at that dealership was less than satisfactory and I would never recommend it to anyone The gentleman that gave me a ride home was very nice.
