I had the best experience at Ginn when I purchased my Jeep Compass on May 17. I give 5 stars to Shelton, who was my salesman. He explained everything about the Jeep and answered all my questions. Great guy. Very personable and helpful. Everyone up there was fantastic just to name a few- Chris Connor, Shakespeare from sales (Used cars) to the finance department and Brandon Wilson. **Advice to hire a mechanic before purchasing from Ginn** I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership, and within the first week, I had a spark plug issue, being that this is a turbo vehicle with 74k miles, I decided to change them out, and fixed the idle.Then I decided to check the fluids on this vehicle for preventive maintenance. I took it to a mechanic with a lift to check the differential fluids. The front differential needs to be replaced since it had metal shavings, and the fluid was never changed. In my mind, I thought, "Dang, okay, used car problems." But then he noticed one tire had a chunk missing from the rear right tire in the sidewall and was told to replace it, which would be in pairs since it's AWD! I was sold this vehicle like this, and that could be very dangerous if I hit a pothole, which could cause me to have a blowout! To add icing to the cake, the engine oil was not changed either! I really feel as if someone drove this truck in, traded it, and they sold it with just a wash and vacuum.this is 2 weeks of owning the vehicle mind You😤.I dont know who inspected this vehicle but you would think that when purchasing a vehicle for $46k, they would at least change the engine oil.

My husband and I went looking for a new Jeep on this past Saturday. We had no intentions of buying on that day however; Shelton and the team was able to work with us very efficiently, effectively and expeditiously and we ended up driving off with my brand new Jeep Wrangler, which is my dream car!
