Incredible experience. Justin is amazing. I was nervous at first of what it was going to be like to import a Ford into the United States. But the registration process was exactly how we said and super easy here in Washington state. His communication throughout the process was the best customer service I’ve ever had. On top of that, the vehicle he sold me was absolutely impeccable. Cleanest used vehicle I’ve ever purchased in my life. Couldn’t believe it was used. 10/10 recommend.

This is my second time buying a Duramax from Gladiator motors in Canada and importing it to the US. Both times I got a great deal on an excellent used truck, and the import process was seamless. Justin is awesome about providing all the necessary paperwork in the sales process. The only hiccup I’ve had was with my local license agency, and that wasn’t Justin’s fault, but he still helped as much as he could, even though the sale had been made a couple days before! Eventually they got it figured out and I got it registered and titled. Love both trucks!!! (Pix show the old one towing the new one home. I’d planned it the other way around, but the new one had a 2.5” receiver and I couldn’t get a hitch or adapter on a Sunday.)
