I would like to begin by saying that all my experiences in dealing with Glassford Chrysler have been very positive especially regarding the service department. I bought my 2019 Dodge Challenger SXT at Fresh Auto and always have it serviced at Glassford. The staff are always friendly and professional. I have had a few services performed on the car there including replacing the rearend and rad which were both replaced using the warranty I purchased for the car (you were right Bruce!). The other day the car was overheating so I called and was told to bring it in the next day which I did. They found the problem immediately and repaired it no charge, then delivered my car to my home as well! I couldn't ask for a better group of people to work with! Thanks very much.

I called and asked for some numbers, they returned my call, gave me a fair deal and the entire process took maybe 10min plus some paperwork. This is exactly what I wanted, no hassle, no come in and we will give you a better deal... just the numbers I needed to know, no hassle no BS.

We purchased a brand new $100,000 truck from this dealership last summer. On pickup day, the truck had a battery issue. Instead of installing a brand new battery, the dealership swapped in a battery from another truck on the lot. Now, months later, we are dealing with constant battery problems and have to jump-start the truck almost every day. Despite the issue clearly originating at delivery, the dealership is refusing to take responsibility or properly rectify the situation. Additionally, the service department representative we have dealt with has been extremely unpleasant and difficult to communicate with, which has only added to the frustration. For a brand new, high-end vehicle, this level of service is unacceptable. I would strongly caution others to thoroughly inspect their vehicle and get everything in writing before leaving the lot
