Need a car? Go see Tom at Glen Rabe! He took car of my 18year old daughter and got her into the perfect car for her and got her payments that she can actually afford. Explained everything to her and was so patient and kind. Wish more salespeople were like him.

Chance was a great sales man he did everything in his power to get us in a car he communicated well and I would recommend anyone to get a car from here they always find a way to make it work.

So purchased my 2008 Smartcar in Ardmore, Ok & I live in Oregon. Was quoted a price & was told the mechanic had looked it over & was told only issue was a heat guard on the exhaust. I ordered one & went to put it on & there was already one on it. Couldn’t return the cover wasn’t cost effective. I called the dealership to find out what the mechanic found so I didn’t spend any unnecessary funds & he was rude & then hung on me (my Mother was listening & heard how rude he was & we just looked at each other in disbelief. I ask prior to flying down to pickup for a Carfax & as of today never received anything. Receptionist was going to email me the the carfax never did. Was told they would order me an extra key, & to date nothing. Took almost a month or even more before I received the title. Was give one excuse after another even stating “The DMV made a mistake but that was s lie as the title was in house & never needed to go to the DMV. I was quoted a price & then because I had to constantly try & get my title & was told I made no commission on the sale but they are the one that quoted the price I paid. Love the car but so disappointed in the all around customer service. Personally I would never do any business nor the Salesman (a relative) ever again. BUYER BEWARE JS

TJ went above and beyond. He made what seemed to be an impossible situation into one of the absolute most positive experiences in my life. He moved so many mountains in order to get me into a vehicle, and made me cry happy tears with how supportive he was throughout everything. 10/10 would recommend him every time, hands down
