It was time to upgrade the truck and my research brought me 90 miles from home to Glendora Chevrolet. My experience started with a gentleman named Issa. He was great. Very respectful of requests of not calling like crazy and just an all around nice guy. I worked out a price which I found acceptable and made the drive. I ended up working with Kobe. He was a very professional young man who seemed to genuinely enjoy his job. The only downside came from a “manager” who brought me a price considerably higher than the previously negotiated price. I was ready to walk, rather frustrated after a 2 hour drive. But Chris, the general sales manager came to the rescue. He was able to make things right so we made a deal. I was then lead to Maribel’s office for all financing paperwork. She was an absolute pleasure to chat with. All in all, I had a very pleasurable experience with Glendora Chevrolet. I wish it could have been a little quicker, but these kinds of transactions take time.

I had an amazing experience at Chevy Glendora. I called because they were having a memorial sale on a z71 Tahoe. They answered all Qs regarding used car details and previous owner. Test drive was informative. Financing was extremely fast, straight to the point. I asked them to meet me at my absolutely max and they did + offered me an amazing extended warranty option to make me feel secure in my purchase. I had a new car in about 2 hours total. Great people.

Both Stephon from sales and Leslie with finance made our experience much more enjoyable than I thought was possible. They have also backed up their promises after the sale and worked hard to resolve any issues that I had with a supplier / app. All around it was a good feeling, I felt we were treated honestly and fair.
