From the moment I got there I was greeted with kindness by S. Reader. I told him from the start what I wanted and did not. He understood the assignment and willing to go the extra mile to meet my satisfaction. I was also assisted with a joyful and educated team, thank you Ryan and Steven Del Campo. These 3 gentlemen was straight to the point, eliminated the bluff, and helped me understand the bigger picture of my purchase. The dealership salesman is clearly just trying to take as much money as possible. At first, he asked for a $7–8k down payment, then he quoted $600 monthly payments. After that, he suddenly said we could lower it and bring the payments down to $250. There is absolutely no credibility in what he’s saying — the numbers keep changing. It feels like he’s just trying to scam me. On top of that, his attitude isn’t professional and he comes off as rude.

Great experience buying a Jeep. After talking to a few "best seller, cheapest price" dealers I came across them. Was able to negotiate everything over the phone and just went there to sign all the paperwork and pick up the car. Parsa de sales rep was super friendly and helpful, car was clean and ready to go, he gave me a tour of the car and setup Apple Car Play. Debbi the sales manager made it so easy, I even got a better rate than expected. Kudos to Steve in finance. Loved the staff and price transparency.

I have had two Great Experiences with Glendora Dodge and their Service department, especially the Service Manager, Ryan S. I cannot say enough good things about the service I have received from Glendora Dodge. On multiple occasions, Ryan has gone above and beyond with his attention, follow-through, and communication. From the moment I brought in my Ram Truck, he kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I clearly understood what was needed and why. The diagnosis of my truck was accurate and thorough. Ryan was quick to identify the issue, explain the solution, and move forward without any delays. The battery replacement and testing were handled quickly and professionally, with a turnaround time that honestly exceeded my expectations. Every question I had was answered promptly, and I never once felt left in the dark. The level of service I received is something you rarely experience anymore. The communication was excellent, the service was efficient, and the care shown was genuine. Ryan S is a true standout, and the entire service team at Glendora Dodge deserves recognition as well. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Ryan S. The service I received was 1000 out of 1000, and that kind of experience is truly rare in today’s world.

INSANE upcharge on parts. The radiator I needed to repair my vehicle is at an MSRP of $360 directly from jeep (although on more than one occasion even with my specifically stating I was looking at the official website of jeep’s parts list, MOPAR, the service manager tried to gaslight me by saying “well I don’t know what website YOU’RE looking at..” as if I’m some idiot who doesn’t know how to read a URL), they are WAY up charging me on the cost of this at $504 for a part that they absolutely get at a wholesale price well below the MSRP of ~$360, then they had the audacity to upcharge me on.. COOLANT. COOLANT. The entire time when I questioned these things, the manager became more aggressive in trying to talk down to me as if it’s perfectly normal to have such a gross markup when 3 other dealers in my area gave a significantly more reasonable price for parts and labor. To be clear I didn’t call these guys cursing, screaming, or even raising my voice in the slightest. I even said to Serena, my service advisor that while I didn’t blame her, this situation seemed suspicious at best. The service manager here (who did not share his name) is more than happy to try and make you feel crazy or under informed/too inept to use the internet properly. The man didn’t even try to be any type of example of customer service, just immediately gaslighting. I’m a combat vet and not a sensitive person. This series of interactions has been bad even for a jeep dealer. Will be reporting to the state Bureau of Automotive Repair as well as jeep corporate.
