I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Glenmore Audi and I truly cannot thank Cory and Jason enough for everything they did for us. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was delivered in absolutely perfect condition. The attention to detail was incredible. The 3M protection on the vehicle was installed beautifully and gives me so much peace of mind knowing the paint is well protected. You can immediately tell they care about quality and take pride in the work they do. They also included brand new crossbars for me, which was such an appreciated touch and really showed how much they wanted everything to be complete and perfect. The detailing on the vehicle was honestly next level. The car looked immaculate inside and out…spotless, polished and showroom ready. It genuinely felt special picking it up. You can tell a lot of care and effort went into every part of the process. Cory and Jason made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and exciting instead. Their professionalism, communication, kindness and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. They treated us incredibly well and I’m beyond grateful for all of their help. A truly top tier experience all around. Huge thank you to both of them for a job exceptionally well done.

I was so excited to pick up my beautiful brand new Audi A3 at Glenmore Audi the other day!! Matt was amazing from start to finish, cheerfully answering all my painfully detailed questions with a friendly, low pressure style. I think he worked pretty hard to get me a terrific deal !! Trent explained all the warranty details / other possible options and handled the financial / registration process quickly and efficiently. Peter closed the deal when Trent was off. Jack was very thorough (and patient) at pickup walking me through the vehicle bumper to bumper including every single menu option on the (pretty intuitive) touch screen and other dedicated settings. I emailed him the next day with questions and received a prompt reply complete with photos.

Reading the Google reviews, it seems the car buying experience is FAR better than the service experience. My service experience was terrible. Took my car in for some simple tasks - Service Advisor was not at all knowledgeable with cars and felt like he was brand new to the customer service scene IMO, Service Manager was MIA when I tried several times to reach out. GM was VERY quick to call me once I sent an email to him however after he took HIS action items away (things such as why I was charged for tasks that were not completed, why I was charged for tasks that were supposed to be included in the inflated oil change package pricing, etc) and told me he would get back to me, he has since ghosted me and has not returned ANY phone calls or emails since early December! That speaks volumes in and of itself. Will not be back, nor would I recommend this dealership.

My wife and I walked in Glenmore Audi searched for a new Q5. Even though didn't find the trim which our prefer. But a big think you, Caitlin gave us excellent services. Her soft tones, knowledgeable, professional gave us deeper impression. I highly recommend her to everyone wanted to deal with Glenmore Audi. It was fantastic customer experience.
