Some people think that buying a car or truck from a high named dealership is a hassle but not with Frank and Glen Polk is was not. I bought a used jeep that had a recall, and based on reviews I chose this dealership to get the recall fixed, although its almost an hour away from me. Don't let the small town feel of the dealership fool you, these guys are top tier. All of the service department reps acknowledge you when you walk in, always greet you politely, and are eager to assist. I have to give a big shout out to my service advisor JACOB SEWELL!!! Give this man a Raise!! He has been so patient, professional, answered every question or concern I had, answers every Text I send, dude is what every service department needs. I have been to many big time dealerships over the years, and Jacob is by far the best I have encountered with. I received my invoice after repair, and to see that Jacob actually put in the notes everything that I was just discussing with him, every step they took to inspect, check, and repair, is going above and beyond for me. This dude is awesome. He even broke down my warranty info for me, which he didn't have to do as I didnt purchase the vehicle from them, and he let me know how much longer I'm covered. These small things are huge in customer service, and JACOB SEWELL is one of the best I have ran across at it. Glad I found a honest, professional dealership that I can trust!

We have bought two vehicles from Glenn Polk. We would have bought our most recent purchase, but a salesman did not come out to try and sell one to us. We love Glenn Polks service department. They are always up front with what needs to be done. They are very friendly and helpful. We have all of our servicing done there We had a bad experience with Grubbs in Wichita Falls where we bought our truck. We won’t go back there.
