Global MINI was hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Michael, the manager, and Ernest, my salesperson, were phenomenal from start to finish. The entire process was laid-back, easy, and completely pressure-free. No pushy sales tactics, no constant texts or calls, and no feeling rushed. Everything moved at my pace, which I really appreciated. Michael and Ernest were able to secure the exact car I wanted, expedited delivery from the port, and even held the car for an additional 8 days while I was on vacation. When I returned, they had my new MINI in the showroom with a beautiful red bow and my name on it. It was such a thoughtful, personal touch and made the moment even more special, especially since this was my first brand-new car. Ernest had all of the paperwork ready when I arrived, and the entire process was so smooth I almost questioned whether it was really that easy. He also took the time to sit with me in the car and walk me through all of the technology features, which I definitely appreciated because the new MINIs have so many amazing features. The finance department was also simple and stress-free. Overall, I truly felt supported every step of the way and like family throughout the process. I’m so excited about my new car, but I’m equally grateful for how seamless and enjoyable the buying experience was. I cannot thank Global MINI, Michael, and Ernest enough!

I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Global MINI's service department. I've had two issues with my MINI convertible - a flat tire and an issue with the roof locking - and both times they flawlessly assisted me same day and were communicative, informative and most importantly...HELPFUL! I have never had such a pleasant experience with a service department and they are the reason I would continue to owns MINIS! Great job team, specifically would like to publicly shout out Daniel and Alex. They are kind, thoughtful and dedicated. What a gem group of professionals!
