Some of the most polite staff I have ever had work on my truck. I needed a serpentine belt and thermostat replacement and they were able to get them both done in less than a day. Bill was very knowledgeable and broke down my options and what the technicians would be doing to my truck for me. Very communicative. Very polite and courteous.
The crew at Glockner Chevrolet GMC in Portsmouth (Rosemount) were wonderful to deal with. I had the pleasure of meeting Quentin Stephens. He was so knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. He was very easy to work with and he walked me through the whole process, which honestly didn't take very long at all. The whole team there was accommodating and friendly. The price was fair and they hide nothing about the vehicle you're interested in. It was a real pleasure working with the Glockner team.
