Took my truck to have it service my appointment was for 7:30 am. They took me in right on time and had the service work completed in less than an hour. Very well pleased with the work performed. I definitely recommend this service department.

I have taken my Cruze here a couple times now for service. The service advisor, I believe her name is Tammy, is great. There’s no BS and she gets everything done efficiently. She is very pleasant to talk with and I enjoy the customer service she gives. This is the best Chevy service department I’ve dealt with in the area. Oil change price has gone up since last time I got one there, unfortunately, but it still isn’t bad compared to other Chevy dealerships in the tri-state area that I’ve used. Tammy was able to get me a last minute appointment when I called asking for one and it’s always efficient service but they also allow a certain amount of time between appointments to give your car the time it needs for a good service. I like that. I will continue taking my car here for oil changes, etc. until they give me a reason not to. Glad I found this Chevy shop.

My service experience was great! I got there at my appointment time they took my car right then and was done in 30 minutes. The lady was so nice that went over everything!

The customer service is simply outstanding. Every person is helpful and knowledgeable. And the best part- it’s affordable. I always had the notion that taking your vehicle to a dealership for something as simple as an oil change was expensive- not here! It’s comparable and much easier than going to a quick drive through option. I highly recommend this group!

Excellent service as always! When you have a service need Tina Wells is the best. Just tell her what you need done and she’s goes to work with the technician to get me repaired and back on the road. I never have to deal with the warranty people trying to get covered repairs done. She takes care of everything and always keeps me well informed. Basically just drop and pick up my repaired truck or car!
