Good morning I just wanted to say I walked into Toyota. Wasn’t sure if I was gonna be able to get a vehicle I never purchased a vehicle before the Customer Service and the people was just so awesome and nice to me. I sat down in the chair. I explained my situation and a gentleman said we got you gonna walk out of here with a car today are you gonna walk out of here with a brand new car today? He asked me what I wanted. I said I want a truck about it. Didn’t even take that long. I said about 10 minutes later the gentleman called he came in and said come on let’s go took me outside and the truck that I wanted was sitting out there. We touched drive. Drove it brand new. Guess what y’all it’s mine now thank you so much, Toyota. I really appreciate you. Beautiful truck. Awesome service. We’ve been coming to y’all for years. He made the entire sales process easy and enjoyable. Jeff Flynn, our F&I Manager, was equally impressive. He was personable, professional, and took the time to clearly explain all of the paperwork and options, which we truly appreciated. Cameron, the sales manager, was also friendly, personable, and professional, helping make the experience seamless. The entire team made us feel like valued customers and neighbors, not just another sale. We felt we received a very fair deal and genuinely enjoyed the entire experience. Taylor Powell was our salesman . I can remember a time where I felt comfortable and totally at ease with a car salesman . He was straightforward, honest , polite and extremely accommodating. I would refer anyone to use him and the dealership for vehicle purchases !
