They misjudged the value of my trade in car and canceled the deal at the last minute, after taking the deposit. I understand that mistakes happen, but this resulted in a loss of both time and money, since I had already turned down good offers from other dealers. The sales team was friendly, however.
I would like to give a big thank you to Charles, Dominic and the entire sales team. Everyone went above and beyond to make the purchase of our 2016 Corvette a seamless and very efficient process. With more than a 4 hour drive from home, the service department expedited our pre-delivery inspection to have the car serviced and ready to go in a very timely manner. Clean environment, great taste of music in their show room, friendly receptionist. My favorite part of the dealership was how comfortable the service waiting area seats were with there delicious coffees ☕️ 😋 thank you for an enjoyable wait while my new winter tires were being installed on my existing EV vehicle. I look forward to visiting this dealership in the spring time to get my car fully detailed, vehicle inspected and possibly change my partners old 2010 winter beater. Till next time and thank you
