GM Paillé - Berthierville

One of the best places to find a GM car, the girls at the reception desk Cloe and Maude are respectful, and welcoming. You are very well taken care of as a customer and that's what is the most important thing I believe that's missing in this world these days.

I have only good things to say about GM Paille.. I did the big move to trade in my beloved VW for the new EV equinox. They literally took care of everything. I handed the keys to them, they handed me my keys for my new Chevy. My boyfriend has been with them for years and he didn’t want to buy from anywhere else but Paille. From the front desk lady to our salesman Jimmy to Bruno and the parts department. Thank you to all of you and I will see you soon for all the maintenance of my new vehicle. I also want to warmly thank you for serving me in English, it is so appreciated and I’m forever grateful for this. It’s not easy being in a new province and getting such a good service in your language where all the paperwork is also provided in your preferred mother language. Thank you!

Well I have not had a very good experience at this dealership. First I made a deal with a salesman over the phone and text. We came to an agreement for the purchase of a new vehicle. Awesome right. Well after driving 3 hours to get there to pick it up, I did not get what we agreed too. Yes I understand that I should have walked away, but was excited to get a new truck. Also did not realize that some options that should be standard are " NOT" on the chev vehicles. Know to the finance. I still owed on my trade in. Which should be an easy process. Over five weeks later and Iam still trying to get my trade in payed for by them... Very very very frustrated with the deal. Wish I could get my old truck back. Would not recommend this dealership to do buisness with. Try anywhere else!!!! After doing this reveiw I received a call from a manager at the dealership. I have to say that we talked a little bite about the issues that I had. They agreed to do whatever they could to resolve my issues. I believe that they went above and beyond what I expected from them. They even sent a driver to my house 3 hours away to pick up my vehicle and resolve the issues, then returned it to me the same day! Awesome! Absolutely awesome!! Thumbs up to the dealership! I really appreciated what they did for me!!!!

I went for the parts department. Very good service at the counter. Just wished they didn't close early on Fridays. It's a let down when looking for original parts
