Purchased my THIRD CAR from the dealership last night, My good friend from high school Luciano Lalo was a great help as always, The management and finance department were much more helpful than most could imagine. I owned a 2018 wrx, the repairs for the weak suspension and price to fuel it with the mileage those horrible cars get was enough for me to eat 7 grand negative equity and trade it in. Management and finance departments messed with some numbers because of the fact I’m a good customer. Lowered the list price of the 2023 Civic SI by a few thousand, as well as raised my trade in by a few thousand. Matt in management is very professional, very polite, and a very understanding man. A good person to know. Clark in finance is a great gentleman, He served our country in the princes Patricia light infantry, which always deserves respect even if you don’t support our military. As a veteran of the IDF it’s always nice to meet someone who knows what my caffeine addiction is like. I’m a mechanic, a medically retired combat medic, and a gear head. I can give you my word these men are people you can trust in automotive. Much like myself they do not like the reputation automotive has gotten over the decades, so they do everything they can to change that. Great staff all around.
