Transitioning to a high-end EV can feel a bit daunting, but this team is the real deal. ​We were met with total transparency from start to finish. A massive shout-out to the Manager, Valentin, who was incredibly kind and accommodated every single request we had, and he gave us really great deal! Pranav and Bernice were equally fantastic, assisting us on all our questions with ease. Finally, Will handled our paperwork perfectly, he is so kind and provided plenty of options and showed genuine consideration for our needs without any high-pressure tactics. ​This is easily the best dealership experience we’ve ever had.
