Bought my Rav 4 hybrid 2 weeks ago. Alex provided excellent service from helping me pick it out, to ordering it and then finalizing every details. I truly appreciated all his help. Nicole in the finance department was also incredible to work with. She was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I never felt like she was trying to push me to spend more money. We had a very positive experience with Goderich Toyota. Alex was very personable and patiently explained the technology, which was new to us. Everyone in the dealership that day was friendly. A week later we drove home in a newer model used car and we are very happy with it. Great people, great service.

Super friendly staff and great service. Steve in Parts helped me out with getting an oil filter and everything else I needed to do an oil change on my RX 350. Prices were really good too, especially for OEM parts. Definitely recommend!
