Used the service department to have my transmission fluid exchanged. They upsold me on maintenance and I also had my brake fluid exchanged. I found the price to be very fair for an exchange versus just a flush. The staff was friendly and professional, and the department clean. The work was completed in a timely manner. Their shuttle driver was great, brought me to Katrinas, a local diner which I highly recommend to wait at while they performed the service.

We had an outstanding experience at Gold Rush Chevy, especially working with Paul in Sales. From the first conversations to driving off the lot in our 2025 Silverado 1500, everything was straightforward, transparent, and professional. Paul was knowledgeable, patient, zero-pressure, and genuinely focused on making sure we got the right truck at the right deal. He communicated clearly, respected our time, and made the entire process smooth and relatively stress-free. The entire team felt honest and respectful. We couldn’t be happier with the deal or the truck, and highly recommend this dealership over the others in the Sacramento area.

I called in to schedule service for my 2024 Chevy Malibu that I purchased a month and a half ago. Told them it was having significant issues that made my car undriveable and they offered to make me an appt two days away. I said okay and asked for a rental car in the meantime. The service advisor I talked to was AWFUL! So rude, so dismissive, so condescending. Told me they would diagnose it but that I should plan on paying for that because it wasn’t under warranty. I reminded him that it was actually still under the powertrain warranty to which he said yeah well if it qualifies, not if a rat chewed on a wire. I told him yes, I completely understand that which is why I’m calling to get it diagnosed in the first place. Basically it was just clear that he thought I didn’t know what I was talking about and he felt it appropriate to treat me that way. When I asked about a rental car, knowing that it fully depends on the diagnosis, he told me he couldn’t help and I was on my own for that - in other words, that just wasn’t his problem. Some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a LOOOONG time! And that’s saying something. Because of that experience, I will figure out how to get my car to the Roseville Chevy dealer before I ever go here. And based on all the other positive reviews, they must only care about you when you’re spending money - not when one of their vehicles, that you just spent a significant amount of money on, malfunctions horribly out of nowhere leaving you stranded.

I have purchased many chevrolet vechiles in the past, but I would have to say this was one of the best experiences I have had. First time purchasing at Gold Rush and Anna was a tremendous help from start to finish. She was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I wanted. Was in and out in no time with my new vechile purchase. Thank you again Gold Rush Chevrolet for making this happen.

Purchased a 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 4x4, called the dealer to inquire about a truck on their website and spoke to Victoria (sales manager) she was positive, helpful and followed through with her communication. She had Anna take pictures of the truck and send to us along with a video clip. We drove down the next day and were greeted by both Anna & Victoria. Anna provided a test drive and walk around the vehicle. We confirmed the price and value for our trade in (which was exactly what we discussed on the phone). Anna was a great communicator and knows her products well! Justin was also friendly and did all the paper work for us. Have purchased dozens of new cars over the years and this was a 5 star experience for sure from the team at Gold Rush Chevrolet in Auburn Ca.
