My 2018 ford escape gave up on me after coming in from out of town. Stephanie calling me was the greatest gift I could’ve received, apparently I inquired about a used Durango - I vaguely remember playing around with some links- she called persistently and I’m grateful she did, she got my info and assisted me with getting approved for a 2026 Chevy Trax. I gave much push back over a course of about 3 days, but she was patient, kind, and always smiling in her voice. I live about an hour away, she got the deal done remotely and had my car delivered the next day. I must give credit to the entire staff that assisted me, Jason was friendly, and followed up to ensure I loved my vehicle and got connected with all the features that were available, Dalton was very thorough with explaining all the warranties and benefits of those warranties, and pricing was clear, and most importantly Gary delivered my vehicle with no issues, he was pleasant even when he got a little lost and I was missing his calls, he delivered to my work and didn’t rush me to come out. I must say; I’m grateful for the whole team of people listed, I’ve been referring anyone who asks, and glowing since I got the keys. Great job guys, and I hope to send plenty business your way and do business in the future.

My sales person Brooklyn Sanders and her manger Brandon went above and beyond to help me get exactly what i wanted I would recommend 10 out of 10 give them a try I know first hand the previous dealership left a bad taste in a lot of folks mouths The knew management team and sales people absolutely 💯 listen to what you want and are going to do everything can to make it happen for you. Go give them a try. The building my be the same but the whole staff are new and so is the ownership.

I’m the last one to leave bad reviews, but this dealership has made my first time buying a brand new vehicle an absolute nightmare. I got sold a 2026 lemon car with so many issues that they won’t fix. Between the constant problems, lack of communication, and being brushed off every time I try to get help, this entire experience has been beyond frustrating. I should’ve got the hint when a 33k car turned into 42k with their sales team trying to screw me being young, luckily I walked and got the car at the number I wanted but these issues and are custumer service is absolutely terrible. 2nd time my car was in there shop and communication was horrible on the service end of workers, they could’ve even give me a day itll be touched. Than held the vehicle 3 weeks and didn’t even touch it, I have every issue still I brought the vehicle there with unfortunately. It’s a 2026 vehicle it should run perfect as I pay for it. You expect honesty and good workers when making a big purchase of your life, but instead I’ve been left dealing with problem after problem while they avoid taking responsibility. I would strongly recommend anyone considering buying from here to think twice before signing anything. Customer service completely disappears once they’ve got your money. This is a smaller dealership for a reason…. Golden circle is the worst and only dealership experience I have ever had, I’ll never be back!
