Wow! I just had the best sales experience I’ve ever had. The entire team was outstanding to work with… Jace, Jordan, Sam, Doug, Rachel, Anthony, and the gentlemen working in the shop! I was greeted by everyone when I arrived which was so welcoming and comfortable. Jace was kind and communicative with my son (who’s a spectrum kiddo). Jordan and Doug did a great job working with me to meet my needs financially and comfortably. The gentleman that detailed my new car did such a fantastic job it looked brand new (big ole’ sweetie). I just traded in my vehicle at GoodAuto, and I can honestly say that the entire experience has far exceeded my expectations. Anthony made the sales process incredibly smooth and stress-free, and even went above and beyond to get me my paperwork when I was having a busy day at work. I've got to give my praises to Jordan as well, working with me to find warranty terms that actually fit my driving patterns and keeping things fun and lighthearted as I got through the signing process. Shortly after my purchase, a check-engine light came on, which could have been a very frustrating situation but the team handled it immediately. They got me in the day of and resolved the issue without any hassle, which really speaks to their commitment to their customers. I can't leave out my girl, Rachel, either! She is one of the owners and has been absolutely amazing to work with throughout the entire process. You can tell she genuinely cares about customer experience. First of all they are scammers, they make you pay an initial application fee which is money that they will never return to you and will not go to the Down payment of the car either, secondly the cars they sell are in terrible condition, I went for a specific car and it cost much less than the vehicle they offered me and their excuse is that the bank did not approve and that if they did not take me the car that they were offering me the 500 dollars that I had given they were going to keep them. Be very careful when buying with these people. Here I leave photos of the condition of the vehicle after several months of use. Crappy painting jobs, I had to fix the radio on my own etc etc etc. I don’t recommend it at all

Bought a car from Jason, he was very professional and quick. Rachel, the owner was very welcoming and even accommodated my autistic nephew by finding him a fidget spinner while we went through paperwork. Everyone was very nice, helpful and diligent. Highly recommend!
