Drove thru to kinda just window shop and look at some of their vehicles as we were planning on getting my wife a Mazda in a month or two. Wound up getting stopped by the lot manager Josh who was extremely friendly and convinced us that it was a really good day to buy a car as some deals were expiring and inventory being cleared. Couple hours later and we wound up driving home in just the exact car we were looking for at the exact price we were looking to spend. All the while being treated more than exceptionally good the whole time. No bait and switch, no pressuring, just straight to the point and worked with us the whole way. Had a pretty sour taste in my mouth for car dealerships after having some not so good experiences with them, but Goode Mazda in twin totally showed me what a honest and fair dealership can accomplish. These guys rock and will definitely recieve more business from us in the future!

Ted and Brauc went above and beyond in all aspects of us buying our new Mazda cx5. We drove from Boise to Twin Falls because Goode was the only place that had the trim we wanted. Called and got approved over the phone. Ted stopped our car from being sold out from under us before we got there the next morning. Brauc was an industry gem when it comes to finance guys. Everything was easy to understand, no hidden fees, extremely respectful, and was adamant about getting us the best financing terms and APR. We had a small issue with a scratch on the taillight and it was swiftly taken care of. We couldn’t ask for a better experience in one of the things everyone dreads. 10/10 would buy from again.

If John had been the only person we worked with at this dealership, this review would look completely different. John was professional, honest, and respectful from start to finish. He actually listened, communicated clearly, and treated us like human beings. He deserves a promotion—honestly, there are a few individuals here he could easily replace. Unfortunately, beyond our interactions with John, the experience went downhill fast. I would like to also underscore that we did call back a few days later to express our concerns to the general manager. While that conversation was handled professionally, they never called me back after looking into these issues, as they said they would. Kiana lied to me twice. First, she explicitly told us she was running a soft credit pull, but it was actually a hard inquiry. Then she told us she could get us under $1,000 a month, which turned out to be completely false. We were also told they “don’t negotiate pricing,” which we accepted and had no issue with. However, on the second day, when Kiana was actively trying to get us to come back into the dealership, she told us they had gotten the pricing to under $1,000 a month. That was the only reason we agreed to return. When we arrived, both options they presented were still over $1,000 a month. This felt intentionally misleading and was a complete waste of our time. On top of that, they refused to provide finance information over the phone, citing “privacy concerns.” Yet once we were at the dealership, the finance manager spoke loudly at the front desk in the show room and openly discussed my credit score being “not the best” and used that to justify the pricing—well within earshot of everyone that was at the facility. This was humiliating, unprofessional, and directly contradicted what we were told over the phone. To make matters worse, the finance manager then brought us out to look at a different vehicle we explicitly said we did not want, talked over us, continually interrupted me, and raised his voice. I have genuinely never been treated so disrespectfully in a place of business in my life. This dealership wasted our time, misrepresented key information, violated our privacy, and treated us with outright disrespect. The only bright spot was John—he was excellent, and it’s a shame his professionalism is overshadowed by the behavior of others here. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

My husband and I had the most amazing experience with the outstanding team at this dealership our sales rep LJ was very helpful and very knowledgeable with all the vehicles I asked about. And the one I was most interested in he had washed fueled and ready for us to test drive When we got there he was not pushy, or trying to put me in a vehicle I didn't want like a lot of salespeople Do i cannot say enough about how polite and respectful in his job. He is. When we got back to the dealership to do the paperwork and wait on financing, they offered my daughter's and us coffee. Soda, waters, whatever we would like. Brauc did our financing and was amazing as well got us a really good coverage package and price on all of it.
