I just purchased a 2026 Traverse from Goodwin Chevrolet in Brunswick and I cannot say enough positive things about the experience. Here is what stood out: First and foremost, my time was respected. There was no waiting game, no “we’ll let me go talk to my manager.” The staff was efficient and worked on getting through everything with me in a timely manner. John was incredible. I met with him to look at the car and discuss my trade in. The trade in value he came back with for my car was more than fair. We scheduled a day for me to return to purchase the new vehicle. The day before I returned the vehicle I was planning to buy was sold. Not only was John in communication with me regarding this, but he then proceeded to search for my dream vehicle for the next week until he was able to locate it for me. He provided other options along the way, but was in fact able to located the exact color I wanted, and went to get it himself. Financing was Simple, and the warranty options were explained in a way that I could understand and feel confident when making my decisions. And again, my time was respected during the financing process. Overall, this was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and I cannot express how helpful John was. I definitely will be returning in the future!
