I absolutely LOVE my new vehicle! A beautiful brand new 2025 Ford Bronco. I highly recommend this dealership and specifically Michael Baldino. He will sit down and work with you until you find the car you love! The whole process was stress free, pleasant and very professional. I would definitely work with this dealership again.

To whom this may concern -- In February 2026, I relocated from San Diego, CA, to Kenosha, WI, -- due to my service in the United States Navy and now being permanently stationed in Great Lakes, IL. Having been a lifelong Ford owner since 2012, I am VERY PARTICULAR as to the dealership/service shop that tends to any automobile that I own. That said, Gordie Boucher of Kenosha came highly recommended, "in spades": Brianna Williams, with an assist from Lyndsey Hammond (hopefully I got everyone's names correct!), have been my service advisor(s) since I relocated from the West Coast to the Midwest. Both (but especially Bri) are the "platinum standard" of whom you want as service advisors when your vehicle is being tended to in times of great need. With all due respect to stalwart employees and results I got at Palm Springs Ford & Kearny Mesa Ford in southern California from the early 2010s until late 2025: Gordie Boucher Ford of Kenosha runs Olympic-style laps around them TIMES 10. Whenever my 2018 Ford EcoSport is on it, "last legs": Gordie Boucher Ford of Kenosha is -- unquestionably (!) -- who I'll purchase my next vehicle from. I can’t say enough good things about this dealership, professional, exceptional customer service, from sales to service. Was very pleased with the entire experience, I live about an hour away and well worth the drive. The dealership is beautiful and the customer service is unbeatable. Nathan in sales was great, absolutely love my new Raptor Ranger and the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies are to die for….

I was not going to leave a review on what happened but I guess I will now. As they asked me to do it…. Well my truck was dropped off for recalls total of 4. And they had my truck all day. Also when they picked up my truck it says 580 to empty. When I got my truck back it said 450mile to empty. We’re did that gas go??? Well I did not think much of it as I am also a tech and we do have to drive the cars after repairs are “done”. Well long story short, no repairs were done, no recalls were performed. And I was lied to by the service advisor, won’t say his name but they know how he is. Once I confronted them about repairs not done. He then said the tech has problems speaking English. Well that’s a lie tech sent me a video of the walk around of my truck. He sound def like he spoke perfect English yes a accent but good English. So that was bs, then they said my parts are “nationwide on back order” that was a lie. Then wen I talked to the service manager he did not want to hear me out. He was very dismissive and he did not care that I was not going to go back. I felt like he was thinking I was bs. Well I have pics and you all will see them. I will never go back. Or do business with this company again. The recalls were for trans/ecu re program. Brake booster and master cylinder replacement Heater block cable Carpet repair as it could cause a fire. None of the above were done. Other then dialectic grease was add to the block heater prongs. Ford you guys asked for my review I was not going to but today I got a text telling me to do this so here it is..

I really wish I could give 5 stars, but with some of the back end things that went wrong I have to give a 4. I came from out of state, the pickup at the airport went smoothly. The driver (Pat) was friendly and easy to talk with. The people at the dealership were equally friendly, and I felt well cared for the whole time I was there. They answered all my questions, walked me through every step of the process. Nate, who I worked with, was incredibly friendly. I’d be happy to recommend him to anyone. Now the bad- There was a major slip up with processing my payment, causing an overdraft on my account. Luckily my bank didn’t charge me a fee. This headache is the main reason I can’t give 5 stars. There was also a delay in getting my title to me. It look almost a full month, meaning the dealer tags expired before I could get it registered in state. I will admit, this very well might not have been their fault, so I wouldn’t have deducted a star for this since they communicated with me through this part too. Less importantly, but still worth noting, it took longer than I would’ve expected at the dealership to get me out the door and the detailing quality was just OK. Neither of those would’ve made me deduct the star either, but I still feel they should be noted. Overall, I would still be happy to recommend them. Based on my overall experience, I would assume some of the negative things are likely more of an outlier than a regular occurrence.
