Every single person we dealt with has been absolutely amazing. This all started back in February with Shayann and JT. The manager is so helpful and always has our back. This time Belle helped us through the second purchase and she is so professional and personable. I can't say enough about them. We will be back (hopefully not in 3 months again due to tragic circumstances, ) but we will definitely return. I was in on January 22nd, 2026 to look into a 2017 Toyota Prius that was listed on their website fairly recently after my 2013 Prius C unfortunately was deemed not worth putting in repairs after rust ate away at the rear axle and all associated with it. I've been distraught over losing the Prius C as I was hoping to drive it for much longer and so I was under a lot of stress thinking about which Prius to upgrade to next after such a sudden incident and when we inquired about the 2017 Prius, we were met with nothing but a kind and welcoming experience from Danny Harris. He provided a couple quick videos showing the Prius out on the lot to help better show that the car was still available and would be ready for a test drive once we arrived coming from Illinois. When we arrived, the Prius was pulled up to the front of the dealership with all the lights on as Danny had made sure the car was being warmed up in preparation for the test drive. The presentation alone brought me a sense of comfort and I knew that this Prius was going to be the right one for me to upgrade to. Despite all the stress that I had been under trying to sort out what all happens next after losing the Prius C, the atmosphere inside of the dealership was phenomenal. Everyone genuinely seemed happy to be around and we were even offered a variety of snacks as well as a few different drinks while we discussed all the details moving forward. (The popcorn here is movie theater level popcorn! Don't pass up on it!) Danny was so professional and polite as well as fun to talk with as he had a great sense of humor which helped with the overall experience of purchasing the 2017 Prius. Once it came to sorting out the license plates, there was a little bit of a delay due to the plates being Illinois ones and not Wisconsin but Danny along with his coworkers were truly amazing at making sure we were all comfortable while we waited for all the details to be worked out. We talked causally, especially about cars we've all owned before, and places we've taken our cars to be it near or far. I don't think you could ask for a better environment when it comes to buying a car from any dealership. I'm feeling beyond lucky to have had a really welcoming experience especially after such an unfortunate situation with my first Prius and everyone congratulating me on this 2017 Prius helped lift my spirits for the better. Danny even let me know that they had just put the 2017 Prius out on the lot the same day! This couldn't have been more of a sign that it was meant to be. While its still very new to me, it has been running smoothly and has proven that it is absolutely a wonderful upgrade from the 2013 Prius C and while I'll still mourn the loss of that car for a while, I can easily tell that this newer Prius is going to be an incredibly great car for me in the long run and that wouldn't have been possible without Danny and the rest of the outstanding team here! My family is definitely interested in keeping this dealership high on the consideration list once they too are in need of a newer car be it pre-owned or new. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! Thank you so much for the out of this world experience! The Prius is in great hands! 🩵

I had an amazing experience at this dealership last Saturday! From start to finish everything was quick , smooth and stress free. The salesman Scott Foot was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and answered every question I had without hesitation, The sales manager Nicolet was just as helpful and made sure the entire process went seamlessly. The fiance manager was also amazing, helpful and worked with me to get the cost down a bit, which I really appreciated it. I truly felt taken care of and never pressured at any point which made a huge difference. This was honestly the best car buying experience I've ever had. I Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great service and hassle free experience.

I love Nissan and the salesmen are really on their game. Also the office manager and staff work so hard to get your the greatest deal so you are happy. I’m definitely HAPPY!and satisfied - Also my sales guy Kip is awesome I have had him once before he does his job well and beyond Kudos to Kip!!😊
