We ordered a new truck and they made the process so easy. I knew what I wanted and they put it together and gave me a breakdown of everything including all the features. They kept me in the loop throughout the entire build process and sent me pictures as soon as it came off the truck. We did all the paperwork over the phone easily and once we got there it was a super quick and easy process to sign, go over the truck and drive off. This is the second truck I have bought from Goss chevrolet and the fourth from the Goss family of dealerships. I will be going back for my next vehicle. Also out of all the dealerships I have every delt with, this one has the best service department. Thank you Goss team. We love our new truck!

I have to say that overall, this dealership was great to deal with! My sales representative Cole was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to speak to me both while on the clock and when he was home. Kelly and Todd in the finance department were fantastic as well. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Josh, the manager also came out to speak with us and was extremely pleasant and welcoming. And of course, the truck I purchased and the deal I received is absolutely outstanding! The only reason I took a star off of a perfect review was an employee named Matt. He was the “appraiser” of our trade in. I’m sure a lot of people disagree with trade in values, however, Matt came across your stereotypical used car salesman with an argumentative and condescending attitude and tone, even going as far as essentially calling my wife a liar about new tires and brakes installed at another local dealership only a few months prior. It was a matter of only $500. I understand dealerships are in business, not in charity, however, the way it was handled by Matt left a bad taste in our mouths. The sales representative and the manager however deducted $500 from a different part of the sale to make up for it, however the damage to the perfect experience had already been done by Matt. I also waited to post this review until the dealership posted our trade in for sale. It was listed for $8500 more than what we were given for a trade in, but with an immediate $2100 dealer discount. This gives them somewhere in the neighborhood of a $6000 profit. It just made the $500 trade in difference seem a lot less significant than what it turned into. I would HIGHLY recommend Goss Chevrolet to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Overall these are great people who are excellent at their jobs, have a huge selection of really nice vehicles, and a wide array of financing options. It’s definitely worth your time to call or stop by while shopping for a new ride!

Fantastic experience overall. We dealt with Tom and he was highly professional and met our every need. Highly recommend and we will definitely be giving them our business in the future.
